We are a fresh, local, sustainable company in the Columbia River Gorge. We specialize in providing
natural beef, pork, lamb, and water buffalo to the discerning consumer.

Our meat products are available from a variety of places. Our goal, first and foremost, is to provide
you with a great eating experience. That is why we offer FREE home delivery. We will personally deliver our
products directly to your door. We are also available in select retail outlets, and served in several restaurants
